FAQs
Below are answers to some of the most common questions from our patients.
Do You Offer Telehealth Appointments?
Yes, we provide telehealth services with flexible scheduling—including evenings and weekends—so you can receive care from the comfort of your home.
What Conditions Do You Treat?
We treat a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, addiction, and autism spectrum disorders.
Can I Get a Same-Day Appointment?
Yes, we offer same-day appointments for urgent needs because we understand that mental health support can’t always wait.
Do you provide support for addiction and recovery?
Yes. We offer comprehensive assessments, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), and motivational support to guide patients through every stage of addiction recovery.
Do you accept my insurance?
Yes we are in-network with Medicare, Medicaid and BCBS. We plan to expand out to other networks. If we are not contracted in-network with any insurance plan at this time, we do offer to bill for our clients toward their out-of-network benefits or provide a receipt for services for clients to submit claims themselves.
What is the difference between in-network and out-of-network providers?
The only difference between an in-network and out-of-network provider is fee related.
In-network providers often collect a co-pay, dependent on your insurance plan, and bill your insurance plan for the remainder of the fee.
Out-of-network providers, collect the full fee at the time of service and bill your insurance plan in the hopes of you receiving a refund of some portion of that fee. You are also welcome to request a receipt of services and submit this to your insurance plan yourself.
Every out-of-network plan is different, just like every insurance plan can be different. If you are interested in finding out what your out-of-network benefits are on your plan we suggest you call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask the representative “what are my out-of-network benefits for mental or behavioral health.” They should tell you if you have a deductible and what percentage of the fee they cover. Should you need a CPT code when (if) they ask, it is 99204 and 90836.
If you have further questions about this or our services, please feel free to reach out via email or the contact page. We look forward to hearing from you!
What forms of payment do you accept?

Can I use my FSA or HSA to pay?
Any money you pay for psychiatric services that is not reimbursed by your health insurance is eligible for reimbursement through your FSA or HSA. We can provide you with documentation to assist you in submitting for reimbursement. In some cases, you may request a checkbook from your HSA and you are welcome to write a direct check for services.
